Danas se slavi Svjetski dan šale, a 1. travnja tradicionalno je rezerviran za originalne šale uz obvezni uzvik "aprilili". Točan datum i podrijetlo ovog praznika ostaju nepoznanica, no mnogi povjesničari se slažu da bi njegovo obilježavanje moglo biti povezano s događajima iz 16. stoljeća kada je Francuska prešla s julijanskog na gregorijanski kalendar.
Iako je podrijetlo praznika i dalje obavijeno tajnom, diljem svijeta prihvaćeno je u mnogim kulturama.
Upitali smo stanovnike Sarajeva jesu li danas pali na neku prvoaprilsku šalu.
"Niko se još nije našalio, ali dan je tek počeo", rekla je jedna sugrađanka, dodajući da se ranije više šalilo, možda zato što su mlađi bili skloniji šali.
Jedan stariji gospodin izjavio je da ga još nitko nije nasamario prvoaprilskom šalom.
"Do sada nije bilo ničega, ali dan još nije završen pa je moguće da me neko prevari. Prije je bilo puno više šale, ljudi su bili opušteniji. Sjećam se vremena kada se živjelo sporije. Danas je sve drugačije. Ljudi su zauzeti sobom. Postoji veliko otuđenje među ljudima", dodao je.
Jedan mladić je rekao da se on ne šali jer je student, dok je drugi naglasio da ga danas nitko nije pokušao prevariti šalom.
"U nekim zemljama šala do podneva, poslije toga prestaje. Kod nas to još nije praksa. Ranije se puno više šalilo, to se ne može uporediti", izjavio je jedan stariji gospodin.
